The lady behind the brand Key Cosmetics. She always had a passion for makeup. Throughout the years she worked as a beauty consultant at many retail stores. She loved how customers trusted her knowledge and skills to make them look beautiful, from skin to makeup. She decided to take it to the next level and went to school to be an esthetician. Skin slowly made it's way to the front of her passion, then makeup became second. Her clients loved her and always came back to get their services, from facials, to makeovers, to conversations that inspired her. Clients followed her skin care routine and applied it at home. Once she graduated, she decided to take her education and experience and started her own business.

How long is Shipping? 

 Shipping takes Approximately 3-5 business days. 

This does Not include processing time, which can be 2-5 business days.

Business days are (Mon-Fri)

Due to Covid-19  shipping issues we are not shipping internationally at the moment. 

KeyCosmetics is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during shipping. If there is any issues USPS must be contacted if any items are lost or stolen. 

Please make sure address information is correct. If Items are returned you will be responsible for shipping fees for the resend of packages.   

Do you accept returns?

Sorry there are no refunds all sales are final due to hygienic purposes. 

What's the policy for damage items? 
To ensure that Key Cosmetics are providing our customers with the best and quality products, all products are reviewed carefully before shipment.

if there is any products not to Key Cosmetics standards item(s)will be discarded, not shipped.

Key Cosmetics is not responsible for any damages caused  by carries in transit.

If feel you received a damage item during transit please contact USPS to file a claim.

Refund and Exchanges?

In the event if you receive a defective product or missing product please contact Keycosmeticsinfo@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of your defective / missing product  along with order number and pictures and we will evaluate carefully for exchange or replacement.
